Anywhere Else But Queensland
The inspiration for this cartoon stemmed from an advertising campaign promoting Queensland tourism - with the theme of Where Else But Queensland - suggesting anything was possible there. Queensland is a northern Australian state with very warm climates and beaches perfect for skinny dipping... except for the one small fact there are no legal nude beaches! Conservativism and prudish attitudes persist! Originaly published in The Australian Naturist #4. |
